Anyone looking to improve their physical and mental well-being can join, regardless of age or fitness level.

7. Do I need prior yoga experience?

No, we offer sessions for everyone.

8. Is the program free or paid?

The program is paid and there are 3 premium plans monthly, quarterly & yearly. Premium plans provide access to live classes and much more.

9. How do I subscribe to the program?

You can subscribe through the Times Health+ website. Simply register, choose your plan, and start your journey.

10. Can I cancel or modify my subscription?

Yes, you can manage ( i.e. cancel auto-mandate) your subscription anytime through my subscription section.
