Appointment requests

• Submitting the appointment form sends a request. It is not a confirmed booking until the clinic contacts you to confirm.
• Clinic timings and service availability may change. We will tell you if your requested time is not available.
• Please let the clinic know as early as possible if you need to cancel or change an appointment.

Fees and payment

• Fees for consultations, therapies, programmes and online yoga plans are confirmed by the clinic before you start. Nothing is charged through this website.
• Online yoga is offered as monthly, quarterly and yearly plans. The clinic will tell you the current fee for each.
• The clinic accepts cash, UPI, debit and credit cards and bank transfer. Please keep your receipt.
• Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms for a paid plan or package are the ones the clinic agrees with you when you pay. Please ask before paying if anything is unclear.

Online yoga classes

• Classes are live and led by the clinic's teachers. Joining links are personal to you; please don't share them.
• Tell your teacher about any health condition, injury or pregnancy before you start, and practise within your own limits. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness or breathlessness.
• You are responsible for a safe space to practise, a suitable mat and a working internet connection.

Your use of the website

• Please give accurate details in the forms, and only submit your own details or those of someone who has agreed (or a child in your care).
• Don't misuse the website: no spam, automated submissions, attempts to break its security, or harmful content.
• The chat assistant is automated. It gives general information about the clinic only, not medical advice.

The Arogyam Sutra name, logo, text and design of this website belong to Arogyam Sutra and may not be copied or reused without permission.
